Parking: The process for paying for permitted parking at Laketown Wharf is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided: Soon after booking, 30a Seascapes will share an invite link with the guest. The guest will then use the link provided to pay for parking. Mandatory fees are determined by the size of the unit rented; prices range from about $80-$120\. Please note that taxes and fees are subject to change based on sales tax rates and Stripe processing fees. All Laketown guests are supposed to park in the garage only. No more than two cars are allowed per condo. Guests may print their parking passes directly from the portal.
