Featuring two private balconies, a full kitchen, spacious living area, and covered parking, this low-rise retreat offers tranquility and comfort. Relax by the heated pool, grill with ocean views, or stroll along 500 ft of private beach. Minutes from 30A, Pier Park, and Camp Helen State Park. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. I would 100% come back here again. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to restaurants and fun stuff but far enough away to feel safe and secluded. We came during spring break so there were lotsss of college age rowdy kids but this location was away from that and we felt completely safe and secluded. So relaxing! I would say the only con to this property would be the lack of a hot tub but the pool was very pleasant. One other con would be the beach service- but thats not the property owners fault. The beach service they use just isnt very good. Low quality chairs and the communication with the service was lacking for sure, but again, not the property owners fault. I would just bring my own chairs next time. We did have a little hiccup with the AC but it was taken care of promptly and we were generously compensated and the management team was so understanding, kind and reasonable.
