This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a King bed and its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. It has a fully equipped kitchen with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony. (Please note, the living room & master bedroom's vertical blinds have been removed and updated with curtains.) Reviewer Comments: My family and I love PCB, we also stay in Seachase 4 times. The floor plan is the best, good view and big unit. But owner in unit 504 has to do some upgrades.The best if change all old furniture. 1.Need change dining table( can buy used one in FB market place) to ugly.2.Change toilet bowl in second room.3\. It was quiet and the grounds were kept clean. The condo itself could use a little updating, but definitely not a deal breaker. Most beaches are packed with people, but the beach at the Seachase is so serene. This room is great for traveling adult couples.
