Of course, the children loved the swimming pool in the back yard as well as the pool table in the game room. The other games provided on site were also a nice touch for families who enjoy board games and/or card games with their kids/grandkids. The close proximity to the beach as well as the beach chairs, towels, wagon, and body boards made our beach experience very pleasant. The keypad entry system on the front door and garage door worked well and didn't require us to keep up with keys or garage door openers. The layout of the house is great allowing larger groups to comfortably spread out across the 3 floors. The only drawback to the house is that while there are 4 total bathrooms, there are only 2 full baths.
