Our family of 7 had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach condo! The ocean view was nothing short of breathtaking — we could sit for hours just enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves right from the balcony. The condo was spacious, clean, and perfect for a large family. We were especially impressed by how well-stocked everything was — the closets were packed with beach accessories and all the extras we could possibly need for fun days on the sand. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, and pan we needed to cook full family meals, which made our stay even more relaxing and convenient. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, but with the bonus of a perfect beachfront location. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed with our son and his family, had a total of 8 people in the condo (4 adults, 17 year old, twins (6 yr olds), and a 5 year and had plenty of room for all. Loved the pools for the "littles" where they could play and not have to worry about being too deep for them. Having the closet full of beach toys, wagon, chairs, etc. along with beach towels was awesome considering we were coming back from a cruise and didn't have all that packed and we didn't have to worry about having it. Condo was in a great location and having the bars at the pools were nice if you wanted a refreshing drink considering it was so hot. Also having the pizza bar/nachos/hotdogs in the skywalk was nice for not having to get out if you didn't want to go eat. Condo was clean and kitchen was well equipped if you chose to cook. Description and pictures were accurate as listed. Would definitely stay there again. Host was quick to respond back to any questions that I had.

This place was very nice, very clean, loved being right on the beach! It was nice having the parking garage, but getting to the condo from the garage was a bit confusing at first.

Great location

We stayed in this room at the end of June. To start the location is great and the room overall is good. We had a few issues 1. There was only 1 parking pass and it was listed as they're would be 2 included. When i contacted the property manager was told she'd drop more off the next day... we never heard from her again. It clearly states in the welcome folder that vehicles without them will be towed. 2. There were no trash bags at all in the room and we had to go buy now to get through the trip. 3. The property never emptied the trash shute so there was garbage piled into the hall and smelling horrible. 4. They advertise 3 pools but one of them was shut down which made the other 2 incredibly crowded. Overall it was a good vacation but it would have been spectacular has we not had to deal with these issues.

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here, and I wont choose anywhere else. Love the upgrades the property has gotten just since our last stay. You get what you see here, the pictures dont lie. The views are gorgeous and the Condo is beautifully decorated. I cant wait for our next stay!!!

Awesome condo for the family!

This place is so nice!! It was clean and stocked for all needs . From pots and pans to dishes, we didn’t have to purchase anything except food . It’s in a great location. My only issue was with the sofa bed. The head part appears to be broken . Other than that, our stay was wonderful!!

Excellent Rental and Superb hosts

My family was looking to try a new location out and we had our sights set on the northwest portion of FL. Based on the all the qualifications we sought in a rental, this location checked off all the boxes! The place was clean, well organized and we had a blast in our time spent there. We hope that the rental continues to be available, and if I were a family looking for a place to stay, I would jump at the chance for this rental.

Great view and perfect location

Close to all sorts of activities without being in busiest part of PCB. Only issue is learning the resort layout from parking to the elevators, they have a mind of their own. Will stay here again!

My husband and I visited for 3 weeks during February. The locations of the condo couldn't have been better. It is located directly on the beach, and we had a view of sunset nightly. We also spotted dolphins several times from the balcony. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We liked the covered parking deck, and the baggage carts were very helpful when arriving and leaving. The property manager is very responsive. If you need anything, Walmart and Target are a less than 10 minute drive. I recommend this condo.

Great Place

Absolutely beautiful! Decorated with so much class. Loved the kitchen. I have rented many condos on the beach and this condo is by far so wonderful. Stocked with top notch appliances and cleaning products, dishes and towels to die for. I will definitely reconfirm this unit. And all employees were so nice, helpful and courteous. I will be back

Wonderful getaway!!

Great stay with better views

We love PCB and will continue to return to the area. This facility was clean and comfortable. The decor was very nice. The view from the 16th floor allowed us to pick out sea life moving through water in the gulf. The elevators are very fast. We were very close to many of our favorite establishments.

Overview

Only had two minor complaints. The sliding door, with the handle, to the balcony would not slide. We had to pry the other door open because it didnt have a handle. There were two umbrella's in the closet but no bottom poles to them so we had to rent lounge chairs with umbrella's. Other than that we had a great time the unit was great. Would recommend it to others.

The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. There were additional towels we could use, as well as beach chairs and other things. Perfect Vacation Location

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Each child had their own sleeping space and still plenty of room for playing board games or a movie night. My boyfriend and I enjoyed waking up each morning making coffee and sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and the waves. We were worried initially about being on the 16th floor and the wait to get on elevators, however that quickly faded. The elevators were speedy even with one being down. The elevator is also right around the corner of the room. You can take it down to B and be foot steps from the beach. The host supplied everything that we’d need for the perfect beach day. I was definitely impressed and would stay here again!

Beautiful Space

We’ve stayed at Gulf Crest in past years and were looking forward to try out a new location and were so pleased with the accommodations of the room. We utilized all of the amenities of the resort and loved that we had access to the pool by the garage because it was less crowded in the evening. It was very convenient that the room had everything, although it took me a while to find the beach towels and I was in a bit of a panic (tote in the master closet), our trips to the beach with the provided wagon were a breeze and our teens took full advantage of the boogie boards when the waves were large! The wristbands are a bit annoying but I understand why needed. I was paranoid about making sure they were all there every night when we settled in and when we left, but still was told we were missing one and regretted not taking photos because I literally made everyone in our party stand and count them before we left. Also, bring your own pillow, we were not fans of the ones in the room. Overall, this was our best PCB trip and I have already recommended the room to family members and friends!

The condo is adorable. It was just not the cleanest. The whole property needs updating. Difficult to maneuver…lack of signage. Parking garage was not secured over the weekend. Anyone could drive in and out.

This place has everything you need. I’ve stayed in Panama City many years, at many different places, and 1630 far exceeds all others. From kitchen utensils, to covers, to you name it, it’s probably in this condo. Very clean and great view too. I’ll definitely be coming back to 1630. Brandi was awesome too. She was very helpful. Beachfront getaway 🌼🌴

The condo was so spacious, clean and had a wonderful view of the beach. It was relatively close to lots of restaurants and bars close by but is a bit of a walk from pier park. The owner had coupons for deals and a little booklet of attractions that was really helpful for first comers like ourselves. The condo was fully stocked with toiletries and beach stuff that we really appreciated. Overall, it is a great place and would recommend to anyone who wants a safe, clean and accessible stay in Panama 🐬🌴🌊

EVERYTHING WE NEEDED

This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this Condo. I never even looked at another rental as I knew we wanted this one again. The pictures show exactly what the Condo looks like, so there are no surprises. The Condo has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The Closet is stocked full of beach gear, and there is a box fan in the Master closet so I dont have to bring a fan from home to sleep comfortably. We absolutely love it here and cant wait to come back!!!

This condo was amazing! We were very happy with our stay! First off, it was clean upon arrival. That’s always great. Second, it was just like the photos! I was super impressed with how cozy and cute it was decorated! The bed was comfy, the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you may need, there were plenty of towels and washcloths and extra blankets and pillows, as well as beach towels and beach chairs provided! Not to mention the view was amazing!! The resort itself was nice as well. Would absolutely come back again!

We had a great time. The property was roomy and clean and right on the beach. Very busy area with lots to do so its definitely more of a fun family atmosphere rather than a secluded experience but thats exactly what we wanted. We would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I booked this property because the location is perfect and the photos were spectacular. This unit is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST, we've ever stayed in. Brandi has thought of everything, this unit is completely stocked with every amenity you could hope for and then some, and on s side note, Hats off to the cleaners! It was impeccably clean. We loved our stay so much so that we already booked it for our next trip next year. Aside from everything in the unit being perfect, we also had the privelege of dealing with Brandi. Just Like the Pictures-Great!

When we arrived at the condo it was a bit confusing because it is a part of Wyndham and Wyndham was the first name we saw. We had to go inside to make sure we were at the right place. Once into the condo you will not be disappointed. The pictures were spot on and exactly what we were expecting. The condo was very clean and has beautiful decor. The condo and the rooms were very spacious, bigger than the pictures seem. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We saw dolphins many mornings while sipping coffee on the balcony. My husband is the cook and he had everything he need in the kitchen, We are very pleased with our stay and we will be repeat guests. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely GORGEOUS ocean front views! Clean and very comfortable condo. Beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen with anything you would want to cook with. Great coffee maker and lots of counter space. Emerald Resort is safe and provides fast elevators and convenient parking. Host replied promptly to a phone message and was wonderful in providing restaurant suggestions. We will definitely try to visit again.
