Great Economical Family Vacation

Great place

Loved staying here i would definitely go back. Place has a lot of space for entire family . Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Nice neighborhood and large clean pool. Short walk to the beach.

Pest infested house

Vacasa has slow response times. Never received email with check in information. Had to call multiple times to get a representative. Ants crawling over the place and roaches soon followed. Had to have pest control come and spray which is a health concern. Tried to speak with representative from Vacasa and she was rude. Had no other option to stay somewhere else . Seeing bugs in the same facility that we are eating and sleeping in is nasty. The towels and linens were stained. Mold growing in the ac vents with a large dead roach visible through the slates. Overall if I could give -10 stars I would. Would love to show you the pictures and videos of the bugs crawling along with the molded vent.
