Tropic Winds is one of the newest buildings in Panama City Beach. Our luxury vacation home is on the 18th floor away from the elevator and refuse shoot located on the other end of the floor, and is perfect for viewing the beach and expansive ocean views. You will find that our home has been decorated with comfortable custom made furnishings and high-end accessories. Sit on our large (291 sq. ft.) balcony which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, enjoy the ocean and soak in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our home is an end unit with an unobstructed view of miles of beautiful beach and Panama City Beach. It is located on the quiet, family friendly west end of Panama City Beach away from the major traffic congestion and is perfect for a quiet, romantic getaway. We are located 2 miles west of Pier Park and convenient to Frank Brown Recreation Park. Thomas’ (world famous) Donut shop and Mike’s Café and Oyster Bar are within a short walk from the condo. Our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has 1179 sq. ft. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, with quartz countertops, a glass backsplash, and is fully equipped for preparing meals. The dining room and bar with stools provide plenty of room for dining for eight people. The bedrooms have been updated with a new king in the master and two new queens in the 2nd bedroom. It has new flooring throughout the entire unit so you don’t have to worry about dirty or sandy carpet. The living room and master bedroom overlook the gulf and have direct access to one of the largest balconies in the area. Comfortable furnishings provide a cozy place to enjoy the new 66” flat screen TV, or to curl up and read or just relax while listening to the ocean. The master bedroom has a king bed with gulf views and access to the over-sized balcony and an ensuite bathroom. There is direct access to the large balcony from the master. The master bedroom also has a 55” flat screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with queen beds and sleeps four. The second full-size bathroom is privately accessible from the second bedroom, but is also accessible from the dining room. The second bedroom also has a 44” flat screen TV. Complementary Wi-Fi and cable TV is provided. Reasons to stay with us: • This is our vacation home, not one of those multiple investment condos with no feeling or character. • Because this is our home, you will fine custom improvements not found in most condos, like custom built accent walls in the kitchen and dining area, custom furniture, and cedar-lined closets. • We update and maintain our unit constantly as it is our home, so we have added natural Italian Travertine tile on the balcony, and frameless shower door to the master bathroom, new eating area furniture on the balcony, just to mention a few. We have also updated the bathrooms, shelving, paint and laundry room. • You deal directly with a hands-on owner – not a management company • No check-in or rental offices to deal with, we don’t even have a lobby • We have a top-of-the-line, security lock which allows keyless entry and will provide you with your own personal code before you arrive. This will allow you to go directly from your reserve parking space in the building to the unit and start enjoying your vacation immediately. My family's car broke down the night before we were scheduled to leave. The owner went out of his way to help us find another place to stay the next day while our vehicle was being repaired. Owners have thought of everything to make this property feel like home. Great views from the balcony. Beach is wonderful. Good location. Elevators were quick. The condo is tastefully decorated. We loved the balcony and the high top tables. The view of the beach was awesome. It was so nice to have an assigned parking spot. Husband and I loved our stay at Kaye and Steve's upscale home! It is exactly as listed and more. One thing that stood out to us were the cedar wood details, especially the cedar wood closets. Everything about the property was perfect. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and unique. I loved their style. Even the pots and pans were excellent! They thought of everything. This was our 3rd year staying in this condo. We absolutely love it! It's obvious that the owners take great pride in providing a high quality experience. This tops them all. Not only in cleanliness, and amazing balcony, but even the decor and quality kitchen utensils. They even had a lemon press, which we used. Wonderful choice in decor make this condo stand above the rest, not to mention the lovely owners - Stephen & Kaye. Everything was perfect- ease of access, loved the reserved parking spot and beach chairs/umbrella, weather, ocean, comfy beds, huge corner tiled balcony on 18th floor, very quiet, enjoyed the sauna and hot tub at night as well as the enormous TV for movie time. I cooked all but one meal for the week (went to Mike’s Oyster Bar 2 blocks away one night - yummy!). The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you need and more for any recipe. I highly recommend this condo and consider us lucky to have stumbled upon such a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing vacation rental. Absolutely stunning property! The view from the immense patio, complete with comfy loungers, is spectacular! High above the fray, the only sound is the ocean. With the private beach, we could have been on an island. We celebrated our anniversary here and experienced a peaceful and relaxing week. The condo is beautifully yet comfortably furnished with extraordinary attention to detail. Bed, linens, pillows all very comfortable, along with plenty of fluffy towels. Everything is lovely and upscale. Pictures don't do justice. Stephen is a wonderful host, providing clear, easy instructions and very helpful info. Being on the end, the views were amazing! The owners went out of their way to replace the living room TV and were so gracious. Everything was clean and conveniently located. Amenities were a plus and the beach was magnificent. We ate in the home many times and had everything we needed.
