Private Beach Getaway with Hot Tub on 52x12 deck with 7 foot privacy wall

Short walk to the beach. Very private One-of-a-Kind property. As you pass through the large blue fountains you enter a 52x12 Deck with 16 feet of the deck covered with roof. This Deck has a 7-foot-tall privacy shadow fence surrounding it. The Deck also includes outdoor shower / Outdoor Teak Bar / 8x8 Hot Tub / Gas Grille / Lounge chairs / Outdoor Sectional / Large outdoor table with seating for 6 people. The grille and outdoor table are directly outside kitchen also next to another table for 4 on the interior to easily serve & entertain. On the interior you will see details such as solid Cypress wood ceilings throughout along with solid wood wainscotting on all walls. Every turn has nostalgic beach theme decor throughout to make your stay more memorable & fun. The first living room has a large sectional & 65" smart tv. Open floor plan continues into the Fully stocked Kitchen where you have a new 150# Cast Iron farmhouse sink, updated appliances, Concrete gray quartz countertops, and Deep-Sea Blue cabinets. A Stainless-Steel stack washer & dryer is also at the residence. To prevent damage, we try to remind guest to shake all additional sand off clothing before use.

Cute little house

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very helpful. There are some issues with the door locks that needs to be addressed. We would recommend to others.
