The sprawling Main House’s first level features a light-filled living space with 2 armchairs, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds, and a convenient laundry room—so guests are always beach ready!

Beautiful molding, stylish furnishings, and classic coastal design curate an elevated setting on the second-level. Sink into the soft couch and 2 plush armchairs surrounding the TV to unwind after a day in the sun. Right behind the couch, a wet bar provides quick refreshments, and a charming breakfast table features banquette seating and 3 chairs beneath a lavish chandelier. To the side, a round dining table for 8 separates the space from the kitchen, where high-end appliances and stunning blue cabinetry provide a picturesque backdrop for making gourmet meals. A window seat in the dining space and a cozy den with a loveseat and armchair offer additional spaces to relax indoors. Outside, 2 covered balconies with architectural columns, comfy seating, and peaceful views create a luxurious retreat—1 features a 2-person bistro set.

The third floor hosts a wet bar and spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and peek-a-boo Gulf views from the balcony.

Guests also have access to 4 or Rosemary's incredible pools, including the Coquina Pool, the Sky Pool, the Barbados Pool and the Cabana Pool. Five adult bikes are on hand to whisk you go and from the beach, amenities, and all of the wonderful shopping and dining opportunities.
