\- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (3 min drive or golf cart ride) the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.  
 \- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right in to the beach access.   
\- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln.

\- Primary Suite. King Canopy bed with private balcony, smart tv, and spa like en suite. Large walk-in shower with detachable shower head, large double vanity, and an overall calming space. The room also has a cozy half-moon lounger, perfect for relaxing after a long beach day.

Other things to note:   
\- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available.  
\- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.   
\- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.  
\- Home has an elevator that is not for guest use.   
\- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.  
\- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

#### FINALLY beach house was as described!

So beautiful, so clean, so geographically preferred, so beautifully equipped, and an amazing host. This home is fabulous and so comfortable for 10 or more. Perfect location with beach across the street, and so many amazing (not overcrowded) foodie places to eat nearby. Golf cart and bikes were such a bonus. Definitely a return visit in the near future! Thanks for advertising just as it is - Amazing!

#### The Perfect Bachelorette Party Stay!

We spent the weekend exploring 30A and hanging out at the house. It was so spacious and clean. We had 7 girls and never felt cramped. We had that easiest access to the beach and drive the golf cart around the neighborhood and communities. Check in and checkout were so simple. Will definitely be staying here again on our next venture to Inlet Beach!

Beach House is as described. Beautiful!!! Plenty of space for the 8 of us. We loved the bikes. Space for corn hole. Morning jog down to the pier was beautiful Having the golf cart was a great convenience for exploring . Super quick response from management. We typically stay on 30A for our Christmas trip but this was our first stay at Inlet Beach and could not have been more perfect. Such a fun adventure and great location. Highly recommend!!!

#### Dreamy place for vacay!!

Everything was perfect-the owners have really thought through everything you need for your stay! Even better in person. Our family loved the huge kitchen to cook in and the spacious table for dining together/playing games. The golf cart was a game changer and made it easy access to the beach. We also loved being so close to coffee shops and restaurants. Dustin with Kalo was very quick to reply to all our needs. The pool is very close and easy to get to (esp on the golf cart). The house came with lots of beach goodies for your stay. I can’t say enough about how nice the house is. We can’t wait to return!!!
