This property requires an additional parking fee. A one-time fee of $35.00 plus tax is due upon arrival at the front desk and allows parking for up to two vehicles.

🐾 Pet Policy 🐾
One dog under 30 pounds is allowed per unit. There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in.

🔞 Minimum Age Requirement 🔞
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.
