All the patio chairs (6) have been upgraded to swivel rockers for your comfort. The table and chairs are perfect for dining outside. There are also (2) sling chase loungers for those who really want to relax on the balcony! Complimentary reading library available for your leisure. The main living/dining area has a queen sized sofa sleeper and a twin sized love seat sleeper, a large dining table with six chairs and five bar stools around the granite breakfast counter. Relax and enjoy the smart TV, WOW cable service and book library. Wireless internet is included (in fact, our wireless signal can be reached from the beach!!!). Your access code will be given to you prior to your arrival. You can check your email or complete that undone work task. There is also an activity center off the main lobby with a computer, copier and fax. The master bedroom is furnished with the national geographic West Indies collection by Lane and includes a king sized black, distressed four poster bed, bachelors chest, comfortable shell chair and armoire with TV and DVD. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with two over sized teak rocking chairs. The master bath dressing area has double marble vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. The separate bath area has a brand new custom tiled shower, jetted tub and a window shelf with a view of the gulf. The second bedroom is furnished with a bead-board pine queen sized bed and with over sized night tables and an armoire with TV and DVD. The bunk room (third bedroom) has a wall mounted, smart TV with drawers for storage and a brand new twin over double bunk bed. My wife and I and out two adult children and their families for a total of 11\. We had plenty of room. The condo was clean and everything was just as the owner described it. He made checking in a breeze. The children's splash pad play area was perfect for our 3 year old grandson. The older grandchildren loved the pool. The zero entry pool was also great for the young and old alike. It was really great for the three year old to play with his older cousins and his sister. The beach was beautiful and easy to access from the condo. Check in was super easy. There was plenty of room for 3 families and 6 children. Parking was also very convenient and we will consider staying here again ##### amber l. Water was beautiful, Definitely God’s handiwork. Clearing the pool of kids age 5yrs and below every hour is a little crazy, if they think they need too, they should clear the whole pool….(didn’t understand that rule). Kiddie area was really nice. Pool was nice also, loved the zero entry. Always had a chair or lounger to sit on. We will return! The owner is extremely helpful and responded to any question I had. Price of the condo (under 5000 was great, all the fees increased the total to 6500 plus, fees are high. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with my family. Very well stocked and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals to a large family. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is perfect for families as the beach is just steps away and the pool is kid friendly for any age. My family has rented many vacation properties over the past 19 years, and this condo was one of the best maintained and well stocked that we have ever rented. Panama City has improved so much since being down there 20 years ago for college spring break. So much more family friendly. Lots of improvements throughout city feel safe with my kiddos being down there. Excited to see what they do in another 3-4 years. This condo was fabulous and has great people to work with. Tim's location is the perfect 3rd floor corner location. Fully stocked. We spent seven days & six nights, it has easy access to beach after 9 am. There was more than enough room for everyone, and then some. Short easy drives to numerous eateries and attractions. Our only complaint was when the beach had severe rip tides, but that was ok, we had the pools and hot tub. We highly recommend this little piece of paradise, you and your family will love it. There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room without being on top of each other. Great location just steps from the beach. Tim is the perfect owner..always available for any questions. He even checked on us mid-week to make sure we were having a great time or if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this unit. We hated to leave and hope to return soon. ##### Kelly B. The beach chairs were perfect and made the stay much easier. They also had the little things like sand toys and pool noodles to make our kids stay fun. We by far had one of the nicest accommodations our of the large group that were all staying at the Boardwalk. The condo is close to everything Panama City Beach has to offer and the beach is beautiful. This condo is farther down to one end on a less built up area and is very nice to have less of a crowd. The 4 bedrooms (2 Masters) allow everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals for a large group. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is very well maintained and clean. The heated pools are perfect for the little kids. A large “splash pad” pool for the younger kids and the zero entry large pool is a perfect place to play. And the beach….Wow! World class sugar sand beach is amazing.
