Unit 908 is a 1650 square foot west facing corner unit that sleeps up to 8 guests. The large wrap-around balcony is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf! The kitchen, dining, and living room areas all overlook the beautiful Gulf and offer spectacular sunset views! The updated kitchen has granite counter tops, NEW stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for your family. Plenty of seating at the dining table and breakfast bar. Pelican Walk 908 features three bedrooms. The Gulf front master bedroom has a KING size bed with an amazing ocean view and balcony access. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travelled to PCB for a family reunion. In total we had approximately 30 people across our group in multiple condos. When we arrived to the property we were allowed to check in early which was great. Our condo smelled musty, but we bought some air freshener. The screen to the master bedroom balcony was off the hinges. All of the beds in the condo squeaked to the point nobody in our condo had a good nights rest. The elevator was broken the majority of our stay. On our last night we were in the elevator and it fell. Thankfully we were on the first floor and nobody was hurt. The location was great.
