The view did not disappoint. Condo was as pictured with some broken drawers, cabinets, etc and when I alerted Property Mgr at check-in just so there were no issues as check-out I didn’t receive the courtesy of a response; which I found not only rude but odd considering the mgmt fees on this rental. Other than that - no issues - I’m not hard to please. I go to the beach for the beach and everything else just is. ##### Rhonda M. Reviewer Comments: Had originally scheduled a Thanksgiving getaway and had some issues complicate our plans. AM was kind enough to let us move our reservation to the week between Christmas and the New Year. Room was clean, beds comfy. 801 has a wonderful East view overlooking the beach. Room 801 was nice, could suggest better seating in the living area. For a 3 BR place that sleeps 6-8 there was a smaller college dorm type sectional, a bench, and some older style chairs. Upgraded Seating (larger couches) would make this room perfect. Pelican Walk had a Water Main burst, so we were without water for most of the day but the construction crew worked on it all day and got water flow back by evening. PW was also renovating the Hot Tub area, which should be nice moving forward. Pelican Walk and AM was a nice stay and we look forward to coming back again. ##### Jeff C.
