House needs some serious maintenance. Arrived about an hour early to meet and chat with a new cleaning manager. She was very honest and kind. They have a lot of work ahead of them to get the house in decent shape. I do believe they will do a great job of it. Layout of house is a duplex which is what we expected. Would be nice to have access to other side without having to go outside but it was fine. Hopefully the maintenance issues will be taken care of, but it will take some time. We found this to be the case during our whole stay - it took the owner or contact for the property about 24 hours to get back to us with any requests and Evolve was very responsive. The house has a bit of a strange layout, but it works well for a large group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel like we had our own space. The pool was great - we did not heat the hot tub. It is very close and convenient to the beach. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. There were enough towels for one per person, but it would have been nice to have extra bath towels, some beach or pool towels and more kitchen towels. ##### HEATHER ### 8/10 Good #### Jennifer F. 5 Apr 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Family Time The lay out of the property was great for our family.
