  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonderful property

My stay was perfect. Listing is exactly correct. Joe was awesome. No issues at all. Close proximity to everything. Beach directly across the street. Perfect. Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Great week

Great place to stay if you love the beach. Almost as close to the beach as you can get inside Gulf Highlands. No problems at all with the property and communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely book this place again.

Wonderful Experience

We are already planning to come back to the same townhome. Owner was super friendly and honest. One of our girls left an ipad and he contacted us immediately to let us know.

Best place ever!

We arrived and the unit was spotless and beautiful. I was having trouble getting on internet, called Mr Ligman (owner) he told me what I need and solved my problem. Joe is such a great person wanted to make sure our stay was perfect and it was. The unit was located in a good place, couple steps to a gorgeous pool and just a short distance to Gulf Highlands pool house which you can walk to the beach. This unit is just great I highly recommend! Joe will take care of you if you have a problem.

We loved the location near pool and across from beach 🏖️ condo had two and half baths plenty of space for us all and screened porch and grill for great family dinner times , the kitchen was stocked well with appliances and cookware and the beach wagon and chairs for beach was a huge bonus ❤️Joe was quick to respond to any questions we had as well

Gulf Highlands Dream

Perfect location in the Gulf Highlands resort, close to the beach, restaurants, arcade, roller skating, bowling, and more! Kids went to waterpark, Ripley's, and lots of great shopping! Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic trip! Check-in instructions were clear, easy to follow and provided in advance. The house was great, clean and has all the things needed to have a fantastic stay at the beach. Supporting our daughter for the half Ironman

The weather was terrible and the half Ironman was rough but we had a great stay anyway and Joe the property manager was so kind and helpful and let us check out late so we could have Mother's Day brunch before leaving!

Short beach visit

Property is in an excellent proximity to the beach. Clean, roomy, easy to check in. The online listing stated cal king in suite with a twin spare, and a king in the second bedroom, it is a queen. The paperwork in the condo also state its a queen in the secondary room. Now, that being said, it was a non issue for our short stay, but i couldn't give a 5 for the listing as it was not 100% accurate. But again, non issue and I would not only stay again and longer, I will also reccomend to others!
