Get there early for set up because Inlet Beach is very very narrow and the adjoining beaches (Rosemary) do not allow tents, which we needed because we had toddlers to protect from the sun. The property was as described. There were only a few issues, which I will be reaching out to the property manager about. The home is much older than the others in the area and is need of updating. The furniture, especially the outdoor furniture is falling apart. But it is spacious and comfortable. And the location can’t be beat for the price. I would stay again. While it can use some updating, it was very clean, the location was perfect, and there was plenty of room to spread out. We loved our week here so much! This wonderful beach house is a few minutes walk to Rosemary restaurants & shops, the beach & the gym we joined for the week. This property is amazing!!! It is one of the older homes on the block but that certainly doesn’t take away from its charm. Walking distance to the beach! We enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house worked nicely for our family. The walk to the beach was easy. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We could not get the downstairs to cool below 76°. The location was great but construction taking place on the street was a bit noisy.
