This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach Gate Access is currently open at Tower 1\. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period. During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach and the City of Panama City Beach restricts beach access from 10 p.m. through 6 a.m. daily. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo. Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in the rental provided by the beach service company. The beach chairs are on the beach March 01 through October 31, 2026\. There are 4 pool bands in the condo. Beach gate access code, internet instructions, instructions to access your beach chairs and contact phone numbers are posted in the condo. This gorgeous condo is located on the 11th floor in Tower 3 and sleeps 4 very comfortably. The décor is luxurious and comfortable. The living room has a contemporary sofa and an entertainment center with a 55” 4K HD Flat screen and HD Video Player. Don’t forget to bring your computer as our unit has free wireless internet. The bedroom and the living area, have access to the over-sized balcony with outdoor living furniture. The primary suite has floor to ceiling windows and a 42" flat screen TV. There is a king-sized bed in the primary suite. Luxurious and beautifully decorated to give you the ultimate beach vacation! The sleeper sofa sheets and pillows are in the storage benches in front of the living room sofa and king bed in the condo. Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach and beautifully landscaped tropical grounds await your arrival. The 6800-square-foot lagoon pool features waterfalls and a palm tree island that creates a Caribbean atmosphere. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. With everything in a super short reach. We loved the pool and The Hangout Hut. The condo's kitchen and bathroom was nicely updated and super relaxing and I loved the private beach. Love this place but we always stay in the slightly off-season to avoid crowds. This condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked. The balcony furniture was really nice!!! An extra blanket would've been appreciated, but I knew I'd get cold in the evenings so I brought a throw with me. ##### Denise B. We had to stay 2 weeks this year. We will not choose a different condo or location unless this one is unavailable. The room is perfect! So cozy and the decor is beautiful. The balcony is stunning. Already planning to be back here for 2 weeks in 2024\. You won’t be disappointed at this resort and condo!! The manager is prompt and easy to communicate with. We love it all here! ##### Amber E. The ocean views are spectacular and can be seen no matter where you are in the condo. Communication was on point. The owners have upgraded it and everything is first class, even the mattress & pillows!Maureen Nieland, the property manager, was outstanding to work with. I love the beach decor of the condo. Everything was as described in the advertisement. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped,. One drawback was no USB connections for charging cell phones. Batteries were dead in remote for DVD. Perfect for a couples weekend getaway. Immaculate and the ocean views were incredible. Beach chairs ready every day and was easy in and out of the condo to all that you needed in town.
