This condo has 1,366 square feet of living space and 119 square foot balcony, with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Sleeps up to 8, in 1 King bed, 2 Double beds, and 2 Bunk beds that are great for the kids. You'll LOVE this place with it's upscale coastal decor and all the amenities.

The great room overlooks the shimmering white sands of and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the view from the great room, dining area and kitchen! Stretch out on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat. There's plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with Roku Streaming. Step out onto the oceanfront balcony and take in the salt air.

The open floor plan flows from the great room into the ocean front dining area that seats four at the table with even more seating at the bar. After dinner, step right out onto the balcony for drinks as you watch the amazing sunsets.

The large well-equipped kitchen has a magnificent view of the ocean, too. It has stainless appliances including a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. The Starfish Main Suite has a luxurious king-sized bed, with a private adjoining bathroom. With soft high thread count linens and a comfortable bed, you'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The Seven Seas second bedroom has 2 full-sized beds with adjoining bath that offers a large garden tub/shower combination. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom, too.

The Crew's Quarters are so much fun for the kids. The built-in bunk beds are the perfect place for the kids to hang out. Bunk beds are for the kids only, please!

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
