This was the perfect place to stay!! The condo is in the perfect spot. Very convenient to both the pool / beach and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We never had to get back in our car once we arrived! We went with a toddler and baby and this made it so easy. Our kids LOVED the pool and nearby playground as well as the music that played across the street nightly. Having the chairs set up for us daily at the beach was also an extra bonus. Was a sweet and very private place that was not as busy as the other places on 30a, which is a plus for rest and relaxation, but can still walk to the amazing restaurants! The view from the balcony was to die for and we left the doors open to hear the sounds of the surf. The location was so close to all the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was well stocked even though we do no cooking; only breakfast. The furnishings were very nice, clean, and spacious. Hope to come back again ##### Rush S. '30A Escapes' was very easy to work with on the reservation. Minor issues that need attention: Master Bedroom; fan did not work, TV and mattress need upgrades. Great master suite waterfront view! Easy access to beach. My only hiccup was the check in time. VRBO states 3pm but the management company (30a Escapes) stated 4pm. I was focused more on my VRBO app information and was bummed when we had to wait an extra hour than expected to checkin with all our fresh groceries in tow. All in all everything was great. Also we were notified an hour before arrival the pool was going to be closed our entire stay. 30a Escapes rep came by the condo to ask about our stay but was unsympathetic. We have two young children, a three-year-old and a one-year-old and wanted something easy that was on the beach, allowing us to go back-and-forth for knots, etc.. This was the most perfect place that we could’ve imagined. It’s proximity to the beach, crabby, Steve’s, the pool and Rosemary and Secrest town was perfect. We literally did not have to use our car once entire time we were there and could walk or ride bikes really wanted to go but given how amazing the view was from our apartment. We never felt like we need to leave very far from where we were. Waking up to the ocean every morning was absolutely amazing. I’m going to sleep every night with the sunset was so peaceful.
