Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.

“Surf by the surf” with free high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.
All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.
There is one owner’s closet in the home that is off limits. It is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!
We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
**POOL:
Host does not control the pool temperature or any maintenance required on it as it is maintained by the facility. Pool is not heated during cold months.
Host/owner has no control over temperature, maintenance, or responsibility of the pool.
All guests are expected to follow pool safety rules as posted in the pool area. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements and release host/owner/HOA from all liability.
