Tipsy Turtle- W/Same Floor Parking! 2nd Floor!

  • Wake up to breathtaking views of the Gulf from your 2nd floor balcony! Park and walk right into your condo to immediately & enjoy this view! This studio condo comes with a dedicated parking spot on the same floor of the condo. No need to fight the elevators when you arrive!

    This unit is furnished with a king size bed, as well as, a day bed with trundle that converts into another king size bed. You will have everything you need to make yourself at home, as the kitchen is fully equipped, and a washer/dryer is available.
    Beach towels are provided, guests must bring their own.
    We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
    I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and try to respond to guest concerns immediately.

    -$70.20 registration fee payable online prior to check in. This includes 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. This is a 1 time fee and covers your entire stay.

Smaller rental property for a small family or a small besties trip. Clean property with great views. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all messages. Will definitely stay here again.

Great unit, clean and well stocked. Perfect location for our stay. Owner was great and very responsive. The unit came with parking and wristbands for the unit. We loved the unit and would definitely stay here again.

This is our new favorite spot! Resort style pool area, perfect for our 2 kids. We loved the convenience of the second floor parking. Never stepped foot on an elevator!

It was a nice property. Great location in the condo. Easy access to the pool and beach. Parking was excellent. Downside.. floors had been dust moped but not moped. Barefeet got dirty walking in the condo. Also could use microwave safe dishes. Bought a couple of bowls and left them for the next guess.

Best Springbreak ever!!
