Only a 5 minute walk to the ocean, this energetic retreat features 4 king master suites, sleek kitchens, playful bunk rooms. Head to the beach with our beach wagons and towels, then rinse off in the outdoor showers after a day of sandy fun. Or, take a dip in the saltwater pools, sizzle up treats on the black stone grills, or enjoy yard games under the sun. Local Rosemary and Laguna Beach shops and restaurants are just minutes away! ✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,750 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $65 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. RENTAL AGREEMENT 1: RESERVATION INFORMATION CHECK-IN The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes early check-in is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. CHECK-OUT The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We may refuse service to any individual for any reason(s) that does not violate federal or state laws. ACCESS You acknowledge that your reservation does not confer exclusive possession or exclusive access. We retain the right to access and enter at any time as needed, however, we will attempt to notify you before entering the apartment as a courtesy to you except in the event of an emergency. Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. If the vehicle is left at the property past check-out time, the vehicle is at risk of being towed..
