RENTAL AGREEMENT 1: RESERVATION INFORMATION CHECK-IN The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page.
