Portside T1 - Pet Friendly! 3 pools, hot tub and Short Walk to Beach

Unit T1 is a lovely townhome perfect for your next family vacation! New to the rental market with updated furniture and beachy decor. This unit is located in Portside Resort located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Portside Resort is directly across from the Gulf and has 3 pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, kiddie pool, 3 tennis courts and shuffleboard. The tennis court and one pool is very close to this townhouse. You will enjoy your walk to the beach (about 2 blocks) because of the nice views and pretty landscaping. This is a lovely, well equipped two Bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhome that is pet friendly and affordable. Relax on the patio with a view of the lush landscaping and palm trees. Parking is conveniently located in front of each townhome. Have a larger group? Unit T2 is also available for rent.

Nice place

Location great, communication with host excellent. However the dishes were dirty, the toilet flush handle was broken in the main bathroom upstairs, and the floors could’ve been swept better. Overall was a good stay though and it wasn’t any major inconvenience.

Nice townhouse in a very nice community!

A cleaning crew snafu made us believe we had made a mistake in renting T1. Property Management quickly corrected whatever the misunderstanding was, and we moved in for the week without any hiccups.East access to all the pools and pickle ball courts, and the Gulf of America is across the street!

Great Location

The property is located nicely to all the restaurants and beach. Pools were nice. Parking was easy. It was hard getting a physical parking pass as the main office was closed. The condo itself was alright. It needs several upgrades and the downstairs bathroom does not provide any privacy. Overall, a nice stay with the family.

Comfortable and a short walk to the public beach entrance

We really were glad we found something near the beach as we booked it just a day or two before our travels for Easter weekend. The property manager was responsive and facilitated our late check in. The kitchen was clean and there were plenty of towels. I would like to note for people who prefer soft, deep foam beds, these were extra firm. Possibly new and just needing to be slept on more. I also want to add if you have a lot of beach gear, the haul from the condo front door might be a bit much. I recommend transporting items in the car and drive from the condo and park in the portside pool area. It’s a 2 min walk to the beach then.

Nice, pet friendly place to stay!

We enjoyed our time at PCB. the unit is a corner unit and have a side grass area. Home was clean and comfortable. Location is centrally located. Very short walk to the beach and drive to restaurants.

Good stay, a few minor improvments

This is our 2nd time staying at Portside community, 2 different units. This unit is very nice, but needs a few minor improvements in my opinion. Please get rid of the scented diffusers. The property had a very heavy perfume smell when we first arrived. We had to put the diffusers outside during our stay. The barn door on the half bath takes up too much space, is not properly installed and doesn't latch, leaving the half bathroom with no privacy. The shower faucet on the upstairs shower was loose and would not turn the shower head on all the way, leaving little shower water pressure and the tub filling up during the shower. We reported this to the property manager. The kitchen needs a few items such as a baking sheet, a big stock pot to boil noodles and grilling accessories. Other than these small things we enjoyed our stay. Thank you
