They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Also when you pay that much money, you expect a level of cleanliness as well as access to the gym. I was shocked when I asked and was told that unit didn’t have access. It was ridiculous. The condo itself was not clean. The floors were so dirty that my 8 year old even mentioned how gross it was. If an 8 year old notices, it must be bad. The furniture had not been dusted and the shower curtain had mold. The dryer was making a horrible high pitched noise so we couldn’t even use it. We made management aware immediately and they said they ordered the part. Five days into our stay, there was still no resolution so we were told we could take it to a laundry service free of charge. Unfortunately, the laundry service was booked 2-3 days out and we would already be flying out. We reached out to management again and was told that was all they could offer. I would most definitely not stay in this condo or any condo under the RealJoy company, as their cleanliness standards and communication, once issues are identified, are subpar. Before the management responds that all we had to do is reach out, as they have in previous reviews, basic cleaning should be at minimum a standard. When we did reach out about larger issues, it was not resolved. ##### Michael F. One of the bedrooms and stains on the bedding and the couch had multiple stains on it and the pillows were nasty. I was washing dishes and linens upon arrival instead of enjoying my vacation.
