  • Experience the ultimate beach getaway at Laketown Wharf! Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from your 15th-floor balcony and direct beach access via a private walkway. This spacious condo features two comfy King beds, a bunk room for the kids, and a sleeper sofa. With a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room to relax, it's the perfect place for a Panama City Beach vacation filled with sun, sand, and family fun.


    With your paid $100.41 resort fee you will receive up to 9 wristbands and 2 parking passes that allow you to access all 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2-story gym, boardwalk, fountain light show (8pm every night), private beach gate (located between Pineapple Willy's and Shores of Panama) and more.

    WRISTBANDS: You will be given access to 9 wristbands left in the room, upon checkout we will verify if any wristbands are misplaced, lost, stolen, etc. IF less than 9 wristbands are left in unit there will be a $100 replacement fee charged back to your booking.

Beautiful, updated, and comfortable condo at a resort with endless amenities. Our large family was able to spread out and get comfortable after a day of fun in the sun. Excellent communication and no issues whatsoever. Spectacular value!
