Large Spacious Balcony - Free Beach Chairs!! This beach condo's owners have it fully equipped and ready to share with you! From the moment you walk in, you'll enjoy the open floor plan, balcony access, and gulf views. The condo is located directly on the beach and offers FREE seasonal beach chair service each day of your stay (March 1st to October 31st). It gets better still! This condo has been continually updated and well maintained by the owners. The condo features: luxury vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom, a hide-a-bed, upgraded toilets, updated painted kitchen cabinetry, kitchen pantry, recently updated decor and balcony rug. As for parking, we provide a ground floor, exclusive-use, reserved parking space! This highly desirable space is located under the building and close to the elevators and beach access! No garage ramps to deal with, plus, you can store your beach items in your vehicle and have them conveniently located as you go to and from the beach (no need to carry them up and down the elevator or in and out of the condo). So convenient! The 10x28 balcony is large enough for every one in your party with room to spare! Relax on the chaise loungers, or enjoy a wonderful meal! You'll love the gulf views, sandy beach, and majestic sunsets. You can clearly hear the waves as they splash ashore. The living room features beach views, balcony access, and a large wall-mounted tv for entertainment. The matching sofa and loveseat provide comfortable seating. Take a nap, watch a movie, or read a good book, you'll love the relaxing and stress free atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for those home cooked meals. It features new painted cabinetry, upgraded granite, tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and breakfast bar with 3 barstools and matching tile back facing. The dining table seats four. A kitchen pantry is also available for easy storage of all of your food items. The master bedroom is gulf-front and adjoins the balcony. It includes balcony access, a private bath with combination tub/shower, and king bed. The guest bedroom is large, spacious, and includes two queen beds with private access to the guest bathroom. The living room is also equipped with a sleeper sofa. The condo includes a laundry room with upgraded, stacked, front-loading washer and dryer. Tropic Winds is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, a short 2 miles away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping, entertainment, and dining venue. Tropic Winds offers an indoor/outdoor heated pool, beach-front hot tub, charcoal and gas grills, fitness center, steam room, and sauna. PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40. PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6\. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. Upon arrival, we found that every aspect of the condo exceeded expectations: pristine cleanliness; freshly painted walls; newly purchased appliances, mattresses & linens – truly everything needed (and more!) for an unforgettable beach vacation. But the real showstopper was the balcony - it was huge and had a perfect setup of deck furniture for relaxing, enjoying morning coffee, or having lunch while taking in the breathtaking ocean views and watching dolphins play. Additionally, its prime location made exploring local attractions effortless as several shops were within walking distance. We enjoyed frequent stops at one restaurant offering delicious pizza, ice cream & donuts near by.
