Blue Sky Mornings is located in the highly desirable Tower II on the eighth floor. Inside is a one-of-a-kind floor plan with luxury vinyl plank floors, an open layout, and nautical decor. Soak up views of the Gulf through the sliding glass door or step out to the balcony to breathe in the fresh salty air and overlook 110 acres of beachfront. A sectional sofa inside is uber comfy to enjoy the flat-screen TV with cable, and free wireless internet access keeps your connected and helps you plan your next activity at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all you need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Dine at the four-person table, and the bar includes seating for two more. The bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the beach and gulf. Unique bunk nooks in the hallway are unique to the Resort and each features its own flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping is available on the gel foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full bathrooms have both been completely remodeled and offer tiled walk-in showers. A washer and dryer is also available inside the condo. Be ready for your vacation to begin as soon as you are on property! Our team will put your pre-scheduled groceries away and get your drinks cold before your arrival. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. If you are looking for a great spot for your family stay in Panama City, look no further! Location is great, the condo was super clean, newly renovated, and offered everything you could want or need. The view of the beach was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and our kids loved the bunk beds with their private TV's. Charley was an amazing host and made sure everything was great.
