The most beautiful upscale condo in Pinnacle Port!

This condo is the most beautiful condo we've ever stayed in! The owners spared no expense in decorating this beach beauty! The kitchen is fully stocked and has new stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner stove, wine fridge, and a large two door with bottom freezer refrigerator, washer/dryer, and a Keurig. The floors are a grayish hardwood with jute rugs, and jute style carpet in the bedrooms. Most of the furniture looks like reclaimed wood painted white and gorgeous! In the master bedroom is a King size bed with luxurious linens including lightweight down comforters, and pillow. There are also additional blankets and throws if you need feather free. The second bedroom is spacious and has two full size beds with it's own bathroom with a beautiful pebble floor. The decorations in this condo are stunning! Everywhere you look are glass displays with coral, seahorses, octopus, starfish, shells, etc. Pinnacle Port is our favorite place to stay and we hope this condo will be just as beautiful when we come back next year.

Pinnacle Port/C2-702 March 2017: this condo was our favorite so far!

Sorry so lengthy....This was our 4th trip to Pinnacle Port for our family of 4. 1st time using Resort Quest to book and 1st time in this condo. Smooth experience and great condo. With general perks assumed (clean grounds, easy parking, safe gated community, uncrowded beach, clear water, soft white sand, great restaurants nearby), Condo Pro's: This place was done right and with a lot of thought. Very clean, beautifully renovated and decorated throughout, loved top floor (no footsteps above and great view), king bed in Master (little soft but we got used to it. Perfect linens. Girls counted 20+ pillows on bed!), girls loved their own queen beds, comfy wide couches, large tvs, keurig, plenty of bath towels and hot water. Condo cons: we finally figured out how to turn stove on...a pan must be on stove for it to work. Owner might want to include that tip somewhere in kitchen. Box fan appreciated but ceiling fans would be great. Kitchen lacked storage space for our groceries but no big deal. Could use some plasticware for kids (dishes/glasses were very fancy). Can opener was missing. We borrowed one from nice snow birds next door and bought one next day. Toilet in 2nd bedroom almost overflowed 1st day for no apparent reason. We plunged but no success. Called maintenance. They fixed asap while we were at the beach and left a note. We are very easy-going and we had a beyond-comfortable stay and wonderful week on the beach, in the heated pool, on a rented pontoon to shell island, at St. Andrews, eating loads of seafood and visiting David's snoballs more often than we want to admit. Look no further....this is the place!

Started off good but…

The unit was definitely clean and everything appeared top notch. Other reviews complained about the decorations, a little much for our taste but were ok. Now the negatives, half of the toaster didn’t work and then the toaster shot up flames on 3rd day of use, carpet in spare bedroom was getting wet from somewhere so by 4th day it covered half the room, rug in master bedroom is extremely rough to walk-on with bare feet, sticky pads in master bath tube are rough on the feet since they are pealing off, the rug on balcony stayed soaking wet so you couldn’t walk on in without shoes on, tv constantly froze up in living room, ice maker was broke, master bedroom bed was like sleeping in a hole, and now the worse part. We left one evening to eat and shop, when we arrived back our door was open. We know it was shut because you have to slam it to close it. When we walked in a random key was now laying on kitchen counter and several things had been moved around. I called immediately and lady on phone didn’t have a clue to why anyone was in there, she sent a message to property manager for them to call us immediately. That was Friday and we still haven’t heard from anyone. So nothing like trying to sleep knowing that some stranger had been in there and wondering what they did while they were in there.

Our favorite place in PCB !!!

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port 4 times and have absolutely loved it every time. Lake Powell State Park borders the property and offers undisturbed views of Florida’s natural beauty. The units are always beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for a comfy stay at the beach.

Coral, coral everywhere

The condo, while nice, is waaay over decorated with coral and glass objects on every surface leaving little to no space to sit anything down. If you have young children, please take note of this. The furniture is very pretty but large for the space making the chance of breaking something more likely. The ice maker did not work, and the coffee maker was not working properly leaking all over the cabinet. The Keurig worked fine. There should be instructions for the stove as only one set of magnetic pans will work on the cook top. (We googled the instructions.) The front bedroom was extremely hot at night, but there were portable fans we found in the condo that we could use. We really appreciated the use of the two beach chairs we found in the closet. The condo was clean and is close to the beach which is a plus.

Substandard

We have been visiting Pinnacle Port since 2008. This condo looked great in the photos, but when we arrived we were very disappointed to find dirty foot prints on the floor. Next we found the bathroom to be dirty with a hair stuck to the toilet rim. The most disgusting find was a dirty, used frying pan inside the cabinet that still contained eggs from the previous renters. Aside from these issues the condo is in a great oceanfront location. Just be aware that pictures don’t tell the entire story. We did report our findings and concerns to property management. We will definitely return to Pinnacle Port in the future, but we will not stay in this particular condo again.

Great Getaway in the Time of Pandemic

Property was just as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, condo had a great view of the beach. Our only concern wasn't with the condo or the facilities, but people were on the beach well before sunrise just to set up multiple popup shelters and stake their claim along the water's edge. Since our idea of vacation isn't waking before sun-up to claim our piece of beach, we were relegated to the "second row" of beach goers once we did make it downstairs. So it goes with condos, I suppose. This would be an exceptional "off season" rental when there are fewer people. Otherwise, the condo itself was great!

Beautiful condo- would stay again

The views of the gulf were wonderful, everything was very comfortable inside the condo, new appliances and beautifully decorated, although there was a lot of decor. The property is managed by Vacasa, and while they were very proactive with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was ready for us, it was hard to get in touch with them. I sent messages through the app and did not get a response. I called their office in Carillon during business hours and was able to get in touch with a very nice young lady. The cleaning crew spent extra time making sure everything was thoroughly sanitized and Covid-proofed for us. There are only three condos on that wing on that floor, and with the slower traffic, we felt very safe and comfortable the entire visit.

We have stayed a PP several times and this is the best supplied and decorated unit. ,

This place was stocked with everything we could have needed. Cookware, dishes, huge hd TVs, beach chairs and toys, even a great set of binoculars for looking at all the dolphins we saw from our balcony. We would love to stay here again, it is our favorite unit we have stayed in here so far. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was our dishwasher or ice maker never worked properly and the bathrooms didn’t look like they had been thoroughly cleaned. I would still stay here again. We love Pinnacle Port!

Great Getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful view of the beach. We loved that the beach is not overly crowded as it is at other locations, that’s a huge plus for us. Just enough room for us to enjoy our 3 night trip.

AC and Internet didn’t work, broken elevator etc

First of all, all the TV’s work using internet and we were unable to watch TV due to the Internet not working. The AC would not fill the the condo properly. The bathtub in the master bath was old and also not cleaned. The condo had a lot of wear and tear. The freezer was having issues. Balcony was very dirty ( and by the way the telescope pictured is for looks. It’s old and rusty, doesn’t work) The elevator at the condo broke down also on our 2nd day of 7 days we paid for. The owner would not even compensate for us having to walk 7 flights of stairs for 5 days. We didn’t ask for a refund but a partial credit for the issues. The office did try and move us to another condo but said the closest place available was in Orlando which was out of the question. Too far!! We were there the week of July 4th and the owner said we could leave!! Can you believe that! Leave our vacation??? The office did give us a small cleaning fee credit back. So we will definetly book with them again just never with this condo owner. She was very greedy and only wanted our money and not for us to rent again. I am 50 years old and there were 5 of us. Excluding my 71 year old mother who was suppose to come but couldn’t due to the elevator. I could barely walk by the time I got home. Have bad knees and even passed the info along to the owner about my issue and my mother’s issue with walking. This was the worst vacation we have had in years!!! And my mother missed time spent with her daughter and grandchildren, one who leaves for college in a few days. We planned and paid for this vacation months in advance and feel the owner was not very helpful or cared about us a renters. We will never even want to stay at Here again because of the experience. Once the owner gets your money you are stuck dealing with what you paid for. I am so glad most people aren’t like this that we have rented from. We left the condo cleaner than it was and hope this owner treats future guest a lot better.

Luxurious!!!

This condo was so dreamy!!! It was exactly as pictured, a beach front dream! Right down the elevator to the sand and ocean, maximum comfort, quiet, friendly neighbors... I could go on! All the things you and your family are looking for are right here! Don't wait, book before this magical place is gone!!! Can't wait to be back.
