Experience the ultimate Gulf Coast escape in this premier Palazzo corner residence, where the horizon meets the emerald waters in every direction. Unlike standard units, our exclusive corner floor plan features a massive, private wraparound balcony designed for sunset cocktails and slow mornings watching the dolphins. Inside, you’ll find a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom sanctuary bathed in natural light, boasting upscale finishes and floor-to-ceiling glass that keeps the ocean in sight from almost every room. Whether you’re here for a family milestone or a relaxing beach retreat, this is the elevated Panama City Beach experience you’ve been looking for. Note: The Palazzo now charges $40 per vehicle, per stay for parking registration. You will pay online for parking prior to your arrival. Registration information will be included in your check in information and is required. This gorgeous penthouse condo features 12' ceilings, sweeping panoramic Gulf views, a large wrap around balcony and 3 bedrooms each with it's own master bathroom. This is the ONLY end unit with floor to ceiling windows and 12' ceilings in the building! You'll enjoy unobstructed Gulf views and be able to soak in the beautiful Panama City Beach sunsets! It is located on the 1st floor (lobby), which also houses the pool/hot tub area down the hall and reception. It will feel like you have the place to yourself as there are only 3 units on this floor. It is unit 108 but is actually on the 5th floor as there are 4 floors of parking garage below it. If you park on the top floor of the parking garage it’s just one set of stairs up to the unit. So no need to take the elevator unless you’re hauling luggage or large loads. The floor to ceiling glass throughout different areas in the condo truly maximize the spectacular views. The master bedroom offers incredible gulf views and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet, double vanities, garden tub to relax in, and separate shower. A second master bedroom features floor to ceiling windows, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The third bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and a bathroom with a tub. All bedrooms have high end king mattresses for maximum comfort! The Palazzo is a luxury, low-density (17 floors, 129 units), and well maintained condominium located right on the beach on the West side of Panama City Beach. You will enjoy how easy it is to find parking, very little waiting for elevators and the wonderful amenities. Not only does it have 220 feet of sugar white sand beach, you can also enjoy the beach front heated pool, hot tub and fitness center. The unit also comes with a set of beach loungers and umbrella for you to use. The condo also has 4 additional beach chairs you are welcome to take down with you as well as a cooler for your drinks. You are also welcome to rent another set of loungers or an extra umbrella if you'd like. If you're traveling with kids there is a pack-n-play you are welcome to use as well as a booster seat. We had six adults (3 couples) and this condo was set up perfectly. All couples had their own bathrooms and king size beds that were very comfortable. The balcony is huge with fantastic views and enough seating for everyone. The condo is beautiful, clean and has everything you could need. The condo was lovely and Lyndsey was great! We had a couple lights out that we couldn't reach ourselves (b/c of the amazing tall ceilings) and she and her parents were on it immediately! The condo location in the building is the BEST (5th floor - first four are parking)! We parked on the 4th floor near our side and walked up the steps directly to our door. It was a slower time of year so even waiting for the elevator to go down to the 1st floor to access the beach never took more than a couple minutes. We loved that the pool was on our floor. The balconey was huge and felt very private from the others on the floor. I think this is the best condo in the place. It looked to me like the other floors had shorter ceilings and there are only three condos on this floor and those two had smaller balconies that were next to each other. So, really this one was perfect. Proximity to fun stuff was close enough to not be an issue but far enough from the busy stuff to have a quiet stay. Having the beach chairs included was great and lots of extra beach stuff to add was a fantastic bonus. Overall a wonderful experience. From reservation to check out all went as expected was a very smooth process. Lyndsey was very responsive and friendly! The Palazzo property is located on the less busy section of Front Beach making it quick and easy to get to Winn-Dixie and other places for needs, the beach is spacious and beautiful. The condo is well stocked, clean and quite big, we had six adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room! The wrap around balcony is great, the view to the east is a bit obstructed, but worth it due to the unit being located on the same level as the pool and close to the garage. We had a great week of relaxing and playing on the beach! We will be back! ##### Dale E. We went with two other couples and all the rooms having comfortable king beds and basically their own bathroom was really nice- that seems to be hard to come by, the balcony was huge, property was clean. The included chairs an umbrellas were nice. Only wish the one bedroom had blackout curtains like others have. We really only had an issue with parking registration - which was resolved and the owner was very helpful. There wasn't an ice maker on the property so we spent a lot of $$ one ice each day. All minor inconveniences overall. We will be back! ##### Hope L. She was an amazing and assisted in any and every way. We loved the condo and most of all, we loved the split floor plan with all three bedrooms. The view is amazing. The master bedroom did not have a TV but we do not watch much tv while on vacation. There were many other things to keep us occupied so it was not an issue. I enjoyed waking up in the master watching the view of the ocean. We plan to come back to this very same condo. They are taking really good care of this property. This condo will not disappoint you.
