Nonetheless I had a great visit and enjoyed the condo. It was easy to get places from and just a very short walk across the street to the beach. The view is outstanding, offering gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Communication with our host was top notch. The room is just across from the elevator to the parking level which was especially convenient, and we always felt safe on the property. The unit is showing its age and could use some freshening up. Don't let being across the street from the beach detour you, this view for sunsets is absolutely wonderful and access to the beach is quick and easy. You can see the sunset from the balcony or even while making dinner in the kitchen. We stayed 4 weeks and did not want to leave. The beds were comfortable, great washer and dryer to use and showers worked great. Our contact, Qin, was so great to work with for any issue or question we had. It was so appreciated. Plenty of great restaurants and good shopping nearby. Condo was clean and well stocked! Views were breathtaking!!! Even on the stormy day, sitting out on the covered balcony reading was so relaxing listening to the waves. Location of condo was great. So many great places to eat within walking distance. Beach acess straight across street. Grabbed Starbucks just outside condo and spent early mornings Shell hunting! Condo owners were amazing and very responsive. The condo complex employees, Wow!!! Polite and helpful. I don't think I opened the front doors the whole week .... they were opened for me with friendly greetings!!! There to celebrate daughter and friend’s graduation and the setup of the place with 2 separate areas was perfect. Very clean, affordable, great view. Literally a 2 min walk from lobby too beach. Great location. Close too Pier Park. Across from Sharky's( lots of food and live entertainment without burden of driving. We had a wonderful stay at the condo! Condo was clean and well appointed with supplies. Communication with property manager was excellent. This balcony has the perfect view for sunsets! The only thing I could suggest improvement on would be the lighting in one of the bathrooms; the shower area is pretty dark. Beds were super comfortable! Would definitely stay again! ##### Martha M.
