Aqua Emerald is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachfront condo that sleeps 6 and is located at the popular Emerald Beach Resort offering endless amenities. A recent renovation has left it beautifully finished without it being overly exclusive. It's a beautiful and comfortable family home away from home.

Sit on the oversized Balcony and take in the views of beautiful white sandy beaches! With a fully equipped kitchen, everything needed to whip up a meal is at your finger tips! There is plenty of room to sleep comfortably between the bedroom, bunk area & queen sleeper sofa! We also have a Nintendo Classic with 620 games! Washer & Dryer in unit!

Emerald Beach Resort is located close to Pier Park and numerous restaurants, entertainment, activities, and shopping such as Pier Park Gulf World, Waterparks, Go-cart Tracks, Mini-golf, Fishing, etc. Walking distance from PCB's Famous Sharky's. So great we extended our stay!

Property is full of great amenities, great location, extremely clean, and great for young children with their kid options. We loved it so much we extended our stay an extra day, which was easy to do with communicating with property owner! Highly recommend.

The place was perfect with the exception of lack of communication with the host

Was not told room was ready went in to find no running water finally the help desk got it going. Kids got locked in the condo for a lengthy time was unable to get a hold of the host had to get another guy to almost bust the door down to get them out finally the front desk had to reach out to the host the locksmith had to come which finally the host called me and it was 30 min before the locksmith was able to arrive to change the spring back Then the power went out the host said to contact the property which I did and also everyone there had power but our condo it finally was back on after being off all day the host said it was a wiring issue but no one ever came to fix a wire issue so I wondered if the power bill wasn’t paid.. the place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Would have been a lot better if I e didn’t have to deal with those issues and had better contact with the host.
