To use the golf cart, guests must provide the following:  
\-Signed Waiver: A signed waiver releasing the property owner from liability related to golf cart use.  
\-Proof of Car Insurance: Documentation showing current and valid car insurance.  
\-Driver's License: A copy of a valid driver's license from each individual who will operate the golf cart.  
These documents must be submitted and approved prior to using the golf cart.   
  
\*The golf cart is provided for guest convenience, and adherence to all safety guidelines is required. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay.  
  
 \*Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West.  
Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are considered "drive-through communities" on 30A, meaning that golf carts can be driven through them but not stopped in.  
  
If the golf cart's battery dies due to the renters not charging it, the cost to resolve the issue will be charged to the renters.   
The recovery fee for this service is $400\.   
A FULL charge will LAST for 20 miles.  
  
These documents must be submitted and approved before using the golf cart.

#### July 4th friends & family vacation

Beautiful and very clean home. We loved having the private pool. The property manager was extremely helpful and responded immediately when I had questions. Public beach access was very close to the house.
