This is a stunning home in a hidden gem of a new community near Rosemary Beach. You'll be in walking distance to South Walton beaches right across the road (1/2 mile) from the Inlet Beach Access (the BEST Beach Access on 30A!) First Floor: You're welcomed by the cool beach hues and cute sitting area. There is a convenient king master suite on this level as well as a stacked washer/dryer by the stairs. The master bathroom is like a true spa experience with large rainfall shower and separate soaking tub. Second Floor: The main open concept area. There's a large kitchen with island with seating for 4 and separate dining table for 8\. This crisp white kitchen overlooks the entertaining area for maximum family and friends togetherness. Everyone will love the large TV beautifully framed by comfortable furnishings. The balcony has even more spots for rest and relaxation plus the gas grill. Third Floor: You'll find 2 more bedrooms plus the landing has a pullout futon and TV. And even more convenient is the 2nd laundry area. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed out stay at the Boho Beach House. It was very clean and comfortable. There were 2 things that would have been nice and I'm not sure if the ownership changed or what happened but in the original photos we saw 4 bikes in the garage some beach accessories but when we arrived, we learned we had no access to the garage, bikes, or anything else. This was essential for us since we flew from Virginia and we would have selected another house had we known that. We ended up having to rent 4 bikes, buy boogie boards and a few chairs (that we left with a neighbor) and this made our trip much more expensive than we planned.Also, there are no blankets in the house. I called and left a message for Benchmark properties requesting a few blankets but I never received a response.In all, the house is lovely and if you drive and bring your own gear, I think you will be very happy renting this home. ##### Karen I.
