Close enough to hop on one of your bikes and ride to Rosemary’s most pristine shops and restaurants, but secluded enough to really get away from it all. This 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom end unit Seacrest Beach vacation townhouse provides sleeping for six, and parking for two. Kick off the party on the back patio! With picturesque Gulf views as your backdrop, dining area; or the EFFORTLESS beach access just steps from your back door! A pool is also provided for your enjoyment, found at the east end of the community. Mermaid Cove’s recent renovations provide a stylish comfort sure to put your mind at ease. With an open concept main living space, you’ll be able to take in the views from every inch of this townhouse. The first floor provides a free-flowing kitchen, dining and living area; with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, ample room for everyone at the large dining table, and brand new living furniture to lounge around in. Making your way to the second level sleeping quarters, where two bedrooms provide sleeping for up to six. The bunk room, on the north side of the townhouse, has a twin over full bunk, trundle twin, private balcony and private bathroom. We love the location. It is perfectly situated right on the beach. Perfect for those with little ones who dont want to drag a ton of stuff to the beach and walk a long way. We had plenty of room for our group of 4\. The property was clean and tidy and beds and pillows were comfortable. Communication with the management was fantastic. There is a private staircase for the condos to access the white sands that make this area of the gulf so beautiful. The property management company was very attentive to questions and checked in regularly. If I had to come up with a complaint about the property (this is petty), I wish the directions for getting to the property could have been more descriptive. We arrive after dark and it was very hard to find the location as it is behind the units closer to the road. Unfortunately, the property had a faulty door that let bugs in constantly during the love bug season. The rental company offered no option to cancel with a refund, leaving us stuck in an uncomfortable situation. Traveling with our 4-month-old, it was far from ideal to have bugs inside the rental. While the location itself was fine, the condition of the property was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it until these issues are properly addressed. ##### James C. This was a wonderful condo for our family of four! So easy to get to the beach, we went back and forth all the time without it being a hassle. The condo was clean, well stocked and a great amount of space for our family. The double balconies were great for coffee drinking and dolphin watching!
