In 2021, our dream came true when we purchased this condo. We poured our hearts into updating and furnishing it to meet our family’s standards. We visit several times a year to enjoy it and make sure everything stays perfect for our guests.

PCB condo

Our stay was awesome, loved the beach service and our 9 year old granddaughter had so much fun. We barely had to leave the resort. Staff was helpful and didn’t have to deal with the elevators as we were on the 3rd floor, only on flight up.

Wonderful stay, very secure!

As frequent visitors to the Gulf Coast, we found this resort the best so far. Staff at the resort were very helpful and kind. We appreciated the security upon check in and every visit in and out. This unit was immaculate! Everything we needed and was very clean. The cleaning team deserves kudos! We will be back to Tidewater!

It was clean and very nice only down fall the ice maker didn’t work on the refrigerator And the wait for the elevators was long we took the stairs half the time other then that my family and I really enjoyed the room

Beautiful condo - outstanding views

Unit 309 was modern and beautiful. It was not over decorated which made it seem larger which we loved. Bathrooms were great, kitchen had everything we needed except liquid dish soap for washing up, bedrooms were roomy, the washer/dryer was new, very large fridge, and the balcony was amazing. Only complaints or feedback would be to have more chairs on the balcony (2 currently), and the unit above us we remodeling so we did hear their hammering and sawing which was annoying on vacation. The did stick to the quiet hours (10am-10pm can work) but that's a little too late for us. Elevators are slow and some were not working so we used the stair a lot which was easy. This is one of the reasons we got this unit, to use the stairs.Overall, we would stay in the unit again.

worth the money

great services, great staff, the condo was for the most part very user friendly, although the refrigerator door cannot open to its full potential due to the tight space it is in, but was still accessible and operable with ease. big balcony, beautiful view, extremely great security. This is probably one of the safest resorts ive been to, and the wrist band policy is extremely effective, which makes it hard for non paying residents to access the facility. Good food, the pools are spacious and clean. Overall a great place. Elevators are always an issue at large resorts, no different here. The beach was clean and the water was perfect.

Condo is as advertised

The condo is exactly as pictured and described. There were plenty of towels and linens for our stay. The bed in the primary was comfortable. The bunk bed in the second room was less than comfortable according to our 21 year old daughter. It was nice to have two full bathrooms though. Remember to bring your shampoo, conditioner and body wash as they are not provided in this rental. The kitchen was fully stocked. This condo is on floor 3 which is great. We're were able to avoid the traffic jams at the elevators. There is also a Starbucks and small store at the West end of the resort where you can also get, soft drinks, beer, ice cream, sunglasses, sunscreen and health products. I recommend parking on level 2 of the parking garage if possible.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is very well maintained and has a great view. The air conditioner never cooled the room below 74. The condo services sent a couple of people to look at it but the problem was never fixed. The temp in the condo ran between 74 and 77 our entire stay. We received an offer for fans 5 days into our stay. We had to keep curtains pulled the entire stay to keep the temp down. So even though it has a beautiful view we didn’t see much of it. Tidewater where the condo is located is too crowded. It’s impossible to ride the elevator. Some people waited 1.5 hours to get an elevator. This condo is located on the third floor so it is possible to take stairs but they are located on the end of the building and there is no access from inside so you can’t enter them to go back up to condo. Typically I use the stairs but having recently had knee surgery going up and down the stairs made it difficult. Nothing is convenient at Tidewater so plan on a lot of walking.

We spoke to someone who was waiting on an elevator for 2 hours. Our room was beautiful. There was a horrible smell but Four Service took care of it super fast and was so nice about it. Some things I would love to see fixed would be the air working alittle faster and better, the balcony door was not for the weak (we got stuck on the balcony for an hour), and the dryer wouldn’t dry any of our towels. Trying not to complain though because the service and the room really was great.

Love everything about this unit. Want to schedule there again. It is so close to our favorite restaurant, Dusty’s! The only think that could be improved upon would be the beach gate..but that is the responsibility of the Tidewater.. the clanking of the metal gate makes sitting on the balcony quite noisy! AGAIN! This is no reflection of the unit and it’s owner! Love this unit and our time there!!
