Nested between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, this house is steps away from great shops and restaurants. This 2-bedroom 3-bath home is a short walk to the private access of white sand beach and a community pool. The nicely appointed courtyard will make it perfect to savor cocktails and appetizers while grilling. Upon entering the house through the double French doors, you will appreciate the open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. With a great granite counter and dining table that seats 6, it is a perfect place to entertain family and friends. A full-size bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen for the convenience of the guests. Located in a quiet gated community south of 30A, the home is just steps from the stunning white sand beaches—truly one of the highlights of the trip. It was so convenient to walk back and forth throughout the day, whether for a quick swim or to catch the sunset. We also loved how close we were to the heart of Rosemary Beach. Shops, restaurants, and coffee spots were all within easy walking distance, yet the neighborhood felt private and peaceful. Everything about this home (from the location to the thoughtful amenities) made for a fantastic stay. We loved this beach villa at Sunset Beach! Loved being close to Rosemary Beach for bike rides and dining out. We also loved being within walking distance to the beach.
