It’s a nice property, they have two towers, plenty of parking, and close to a lot of things. Location is good and Walmart not far to pick up at. Right on beach and has multiple pools. They have updated their rules in 2026 from 2025 and allow toys and floats in the pool area now. I believe they were loosing business and decided to loosen up a little with all the restrictions and security checks.

Yes I enjoy everything we cook enjoy the beach cook good food just had a lovely beautiful time and my children want to come back for the summer so I will be booking in advance but I do need my other money back

Stinky Smelly Room

When we opened the door we were knock down from the smell. It smelt like a dirty mop. The floors were gross. Whoever cleans this place should get a new mop and clean water. As far as having enough room for 4 people it was very comfortable. Plenty of items to cook in our room.

View is beautiful, pool was chilly but its October, elevators had only 1 working at each end of tower 1 but they had someone fix it within 24 hours which was totally reasonable and they were on top of it. Property was very clean and well maintained. Walkable to get breakfast at Waffle House. About a 15 minute walk to Pineapple Willy’s either from the beach or 20 minute on sidewalks . Also, walkable to get to RockIt Lanes, Alvin's Island, Surf Style and Shipwreck LTD Store. Which is nice during busy time of the year when traffic is super busy.

Overall a good stay and clean. Good location to things around area. Liked multiple pool options but the outdoor pools’ water was really cold even after being in the sun all day. Minor negatives: not told had 2 different doors with 2 different codes so had to figure out how to even get in on my own. Entry way lightbulb was out so also made getting into room difficult. Elevators seemed to have a few issues. Refrigerator made an annoying random noise. Shower curtain not wide enough to cover to both sides and water would get in floor so had to put 2 towels down.

The carpet smelled damp upon arrival. No housekeeping. Living room TV and telephone didn't work. I called for assistance. No one came during the entire 5 day trip. Parking is too far from room. I was not aware of a parking fee. Great view. Horrible service. No breakfast options

Great stay..

The condo was very beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back and stay for a longer period of time it would be great if there was blackout curtains in the bedroom as the light came through the blinds, other than that we loved the place we are planning to come back next summer and stay longer..

Balcony view

It was an amazing experience on our 10th year anniversary. Starbucks onsite is key lol. Took a chance there over Mrytle Beach and we’ll definitely be back

Condo was perfect for us!

Very comfortable & clean condo & amenities were great. The only con was no ventilation in the very hot elevators which were often pretty long rides due to being a 23 story, very busy building.

I’m sure the resort is not terrible but booking through a third party since all the rooms are owned by individuals and then they are renting them out via different services. The room we got clearly the photos online were from when it’s was new probably 20 years ago. There was so much rust on all the metal including the fridge, oven , air vents exhaust fans. There was a pointless door with one door code that led immediately to 2 doors for different units and then you had a second door code which was longer. Unable to bring in the bell hop cart so had to carry everything through both doors with out them shutting on you was hard. Parking in the parking garage, getting to the 3rd floor of that garage, having to give out your license bell hop cart, walk a large distance across the amenities building and then cross the catwalk to get across the street to the actual hotel, then the elevator to our room which was on 21st floor out of 23 total. Getting groceries, beach stuff, and our belongings was painstakingly hard during the stay making it less then relaxing. There was a gym that is in the advertising for this unit but only the owners of the resort actually got to use it, which is false advertising. Have to call security to come give you items in the game room and wait 15 min when you are done to come back and give you your ID you have to give them to get the items. Pools were nice and beach access was well kept.
