We didn't want to be in the extremely busy area of Rosemary or Seaside so this was perfect. The neighborhood was extremely quiet at all times which was nice. It was a short bike ride or golf cart ride into Rosemary. The beach was great till the last 2 days of our stay when they decided to do LOUD construction on a house right next to our beach access so make sure the house is complete before renting. We were also informed the day before coming that we didn't have a working dishwasher which was very inconvenient since we were planning on doing most of our cooking at home. Although we didn't have a dishwasher, I will say the kitchen is great and has every type of cooking tool you will need. The best stocked kitchen that I have ever rented before. We had both of our dogs which was great to find a place to accept them so we were happy about that. They also don't allow you to use the porch door as an entrance/exit so if you plan on drinking coffee on the porch, I would make sure to not close the door behind you or else you will be locked out. The house could have definitely been cleaned better though. Overall I will say our stay here was just fine. It did the job for a week vacation. ##### Kaitlyn D. We spent a lot of our time there all together but my husband, son and I absolutely loved our perfect, quiet oasis at the Flirty Flamingo. The rest of the family was envious, too. :) Beautiful 2-bedroom with every little detail figured out. Very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with every amenity you will ever need.
