It is located in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood, (between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach), just off the famous 30A, and provides a great spot to enjoy Florida’s Emerald Coast. The home can accommodate your family and friends comfortably with 5 large king suites, or in the large bunk room with two queen bunks and 2 twin bunks. The leather sectional couch seats 6 people. There is also a bar area in this space that has a drink cooler and Keurig. BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: Through the living room to the left is bedroom #1\. It includes a King size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen. It also has its own private bathroom with a double sink vanity and a stand-up shower. The carport can fit 4 vehicles. 2ND FLOOR: KITCHEN: When you get to the 2nd floor, take a left and you’ll come right into this spacious kitchen. It has its own private bathroom that is very luxurious, with a double sink vanity and a huge stand-up, rain head shower with a bench seat. This bedroom also has access to the balcony that is off of the living room. BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is to the right and down the hall when you get to the 2nd floor landing. It includes a king size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom that has a double sink vanity and a stand-up shower. This bedroom also has access to its own quaint balcony. BUNK ROOM + BATHROOM #5: This is an amazing custom-built bunk room! It has 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks beds, and also one full-over-full bunk bed, sleeping a total of 8 people. The bathroom that belongs to this room is very cleverly designed for many people. There are 2 separate sink rooms, and another separate bath and toilet room, so multiple people can still be getting ready at the same time and have some privacy. BATHROOM (HALF BATH) #8: There is another half bath located on this floor, in the hallway near the bunk room. LAUNDRY #2: There is also a 2nd laundry room in this house. One on the 1st floor and this one on the 2nd floor. 3RD FLOOR: ARCADE: At the top of the 3rd floor landing, you can either go left or right. Right will take you to this arcade room. BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: If you go left, it will take you to the final bedroom. This bedroom includes a king size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen tv. It also has a bathroom that has a single sink vanity. This bathroom can be private, or used as a shared half bath for the people visiting the very large patio and deck space. ROOFTOP PATIO, DECK AND GAME SPACE: On the roof, there is a massive outdoor living and game space. A very large part of the space is covered and screened-in. Inside of the screened patio there is seating for 14 people and a flat screen tv. There is also a built-in grill, bar with a sink, and full-size fridge. There is then an even larger deck space that is not screened-in, however part of it is covered. There is more seating out here for 11 people. (8 in chairs, and 3 on a large swinging bench). A cornhole game is included for your entertainment! Unfortunately there is no elevator access at this home. The third floor provided the relaxation and space necessary for our 1 year old grandkids to roam and play while we relaxed. This house has everything you need. A great house for a large group - we had 10 staying, with 3 children and everyone was able to stretch out and have their own space. They even had bikes in the garage for us to use. Very accommodating and clean, we had a great time. Make sure you bring beach towels when you come as those are not provided. ##### Brett M. Would suggest beach towels and chairs for those of us flying in. Our biggest issue was not with the house, but the community rules. Couldn't believe you can't have drinks in the pool. ##### Leanne S. Really beautiful house with a great layout in a perfect location. The upstairs deck is amazing! However, there are not 7 full bathrooms as stated in the listing - there are 5\. In addition, the bedroom on the 3rd floor only has a 1/2 bath - which proved to be very inconvenient for our group. ##### Brent S. Tram to the pool and beach is convenient and effortless. Tram stop right outside the house. Only surprise: Bathroom for 3rd floor king bedroom has no tub or shower. Great memories. The house was amazing, enough space for our group of 18 with lots of social room. Close the pool and square and just a short trolly ride to the beach. Not a single compliant. With all that said what was truly amazing was the attention to detail on check in, calls to fix a water leak, and lots of other stuff that at times was aftet hours. This house was perfect for our vacation with family and friends. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious for 11 adults and three little ones. The pool was a quick two minute walk down the street and shopping/restaurants were nearby as well. The tram that took you to the beach stopped right outside the house, which was very convenient. We would have morning coffee on the third floor balcony and it was extremely relaxing to hang out on the day bed, which would fit multiple adults. We did have one issue with the A/C on the second floor BUT as soon as I communicated our issue, they were quick to send someone over and it was fixed within a few hours.Travel Life Vacations was very quick with responding and professional. We have been staying at Seacrest beach for 7 years and we all love it. There is something for everyone (which is great since we have a broad age range of 9 months-52 years). The kids love biking, swimming in the enormous neighborhood pool very near the house, spending time on the beach, and visiting local shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and has sidewalks and green areas to enjoy as well. We loved the huge rooftop area that has a screened porch and grill, swing, hammock, couches, TV, and dining table. We never felt crowded. The only drawback is that the upstairs bedroom/bathroom doesn’t have a shower or tub. Whoever stays in that king suite must share with someone on the middle floor. Beds were super comfy and the AC works great. We will definitely stay again. ##### Becca R. My extended family loved staying at The Grand Pearl. It had plenty of room to spread out, more than enough seats at table and kitchen island, numerous deck areas to hangout on. Amazing porch and gathering areas for the whole family. Kitchen was great! Two laundry rooms were very helpful to keep up with dirty/sandy clothes. The only downfall does not lie with the property or the community….but the beach access and location is heavily crowded.
