This is to expected though bc you are near the beach so it didn’t bother us! The beds were comfortable and the area was great! I like how close we were to the pool! It is easy to walk to places around, especially for shopping, food, and the beach! The longest we had to walk was 15 minutes. Personally, I thought it was nice to walk around while going to places! Was nicely appointed and Fantastic location and amenities on site. Was all the space we needed. Condo could just use some smart tvs for movie nights, and bikes would’ve been nice. We appreciated the first-floor location where we could walk out the patio a few steps to the great pool and hot tub. The complex and condo above was quiet during our week. But a family checked in at the end of the week above us and we could definitely hear them. So I think we were lucky. We could easily walk to the beach and restaurants at Rosemary as well. And tennis almost next door. Overall great stay. ##### Ashley L. Keep your doors locked :) Only problem was the bleach smell when we first arrived, but that went away, our place was gotten into from the back screen door and someone took our snorkel and masks while we were at dinner…. After reaching out with the manager, the perps decided to dump our stuff back in used condition on our back porch. ##### Grayson T. Almost smelled like something was being covered up. After being in the unit 8 hours later, the spray smell was gone and then the smell of mold was very obvious. Tons of drywall cracks, cracks in the ceiling ect. However, for us it was the noise that was the worst. We wouldn't describe the noise coming from people, but more like the building. It literally sounded like there was 10 plus kids above us just stomping on the ground the entire time. There seems to be a structural issue which caused the noise. We reached out to the property manager to ask for another room, but they were unable to accommodate. We ended up cutting the trip short and went to a hotel further out to stay so we could get a good nights rest. The pictures for this property look great, however there are several issues. Be sure to look at other reviews on Yelp for 30A Seascapes before you book here, unfortunately, we didn't do this until after we had this experience. ##### Shawn S.
