Incredible Gulf Views | 4-Min Walk to Beach!! A million dollar view! You can hear the beautiful ocean from your extra large private patio! Pools Galore | Very Spacious 2BR+ Bunk room ( doesn’t have a door) | 16th Floor ( super great water pressure ) at Laketown Wharf! Best layout in PCB. This is literally my home away from home that I share for families and Snowbirds to make precious memories.

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Panama City Beach! Located on the 16th floor with 1,262 sq ft condo combines comfort, convenience, and unforgettable Gulf views — perfect for families, couples, or snowbirds looking to unwind in style. Please read ALL of my reviews. Bookings include startup TP, 1 roll of paper towels a washing machine and dryer and I do not provide laundry detergent as everyone has their own preference.

Important Info:
• All guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• A one-time resort fee of $90+ tax is due separately to Laketown Wharf COA. This covers parking and wristbands for all guests. I will send you a link to register and you must register all guest and vehicle.
• Please note: Resort amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance — these situations are outside our control and refunds will not be issued.
• Walmart is right across the street, with Publix, Target, restaurants, and shopping just a short drive away!

Loved this condo! It was very clean, very nice and the owner was great! Yaya was very nice and so helpful! The view was beautiful from the balcony, also! And had very easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This has been our absolute new favorite condo to stay at in Panama City Beach. The resort has endless amenities, including times of dining options on site. We had so much fun coming during my kids' fall break and having a Halloween pool party by the pool. The milkshake bar was a fun stop for us one night along with the arcade on site. Yaya was an amazing host and her condo had everything that we needed and more! We plan to come back every year!

Yaya's unit was exceptional! It's clean and tastefully decorated. Master suite spacious with plenty of storage including lots of hangars is the closet! master bath with large shower is nice. Kitchen has everything you need for a great stay. Yaya, the host, is first class assessable. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful weekend

Spring break stay 2025

The property and the host were excellent. The view from balcony- spectacular. The only thing to know - spring break is VERY VERY busy time in the area in general. Other than that I am absolutely happy with our stay.

Multi generational trip

My in-laws, husband and I along with our two teenagers came down for spring break week. It’s definitely been an experience all the way around. We enjoyed the condo, beach and close restaurants and stores near by. Walmart across street is a plus.

Excitement and relaxation all in one!

My family and I had the best time at Yaya’s home away from home! Both the condo and the host are an absolute delight! Yaya is so quick with replies, helpful tips, and concise information. You can tell that she truly wants you to enjoy your stay. The condo is walking distance from so much fun, food, and convenience. It had all of the cookware and dishes that I needed to prepare meals; perfect bedding… even the bunk beds were comfortable; and plentiful soft towels.We had the best time while in PCB, and this condo was perfect for our large family.

Comfy get-away

Amazing and Beautiful

I had a great time and stay at yayasbeachretreat it was so peaceful and beautiful the view was to die for my mother is scared of heights but she love the balcony view the beach is right across the street from the condo and everything was close by like walmart,food restaurants,gas station,gift shop and etc.. but all and all the condo was very spacious,clean and stocked me and my family really enjoyed our stay @yayasbeachretreat i will be back me and the family very soon thanks a lot Yaya for letting me and my family use ur condo.(5stars)

Senior Trip

I took my daughter to Florida for her Senior trip with her best friend and one of my friends. We had a great stay and Yaya was very informing and was always checking in. We will definitely stay again if we ever get back down that way!

Yayas Beach Home

Yaya is the absolute best! My boyfriend, myself, 3 friends and 2 kids stayed here and we felt like we were home. Yaya has ABSOLUTELY everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (even kid plates and cups). We are already in the process of picking out dates for our next beach trip at Yay’s home away from home.

Lovely Property

Beautiful location, the pools were perfect, the beach is accross the street, restaurants within walking distance (though it's very hot, so luckily parking was very convenient). Yaya is lovely and very communicative. The beds were comfortable and the view is wonderful!

Perfect Getaway

Yaya’s place was a fantastic place to stay! Comfortable bedding, best sheets and best towels we’ve had at any VRBO condo! This was our first time not staying right on the beach, and being across the street. Yaya has the condo equipped with a wagon that made transporting our beach essentials to the private access walkway to the beach! Will definitely be back!

Great Location

My family and I have made PCB a regular vacation spot. LakeTown Wharf has by far been our favorite location. Excellent location, Awesome food on property. Beach access is super easy to get to. Our only complaint / frustration is the elevators. It was normal to wait 20-30 minutes for the elevators no matter which ones you choose to use.

Great Condo, Great Location!

My family and I stayed at this condo for fall break and had a blast! It had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the location as well. You’re walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream shops, tourist attractions, etc. without the late night noise you get when you stay closer to Pier Park. Walking to the beach was short and easy as well! Check in/out was simple and Yaya made sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again, thank you!

Great Property, Great Host

My family stayed at Yaya’s condo while our daughter was participating in a weeklong softball tournament, and her place was the perfect retreat and break from the daily grind. The unit was very comfortable and accommodating, also the view from the balcony is priceless. The elevators can require some patience but once you figure them out they aren’t bad. We enjoyed the pools, beach, and some of the local offerings and if we are ever back in PCB will look to stay here again.
