From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. It works well as a place to have breakfast, dinner, and rest in between activities—especially when traveling with kids, since most of the day is spent outside.However, the experience could have been better. Communication was a challenge: while messages were answered at times, when I requested specific information, I often received only quick replies without real answers to my questions. After I followed up, I was told the matter would be checked with the team, but I never received a response back.Another issue was the living room setup. There was only one couch that seats three people comfortably, so if you want to watch a movie together, the rest of the group has to sit on stools from the kitchen, which is not ideal. Also, there were no garbage bags provided, so I would recommend bringing your own.The place was decently clean inside, but the pool area clearly lacked maintenance. It was dirty, and there were many roaches and frogs around, which took away from the experience. ##### Wagner L. It was the perfect size for the amount of people we had traveling with us. The host was very informative and provided a document with all the details we would need throughout our stay. The kitchen was not equipped with many utensils so I suggest packing your own. The only complaint I have is the bunk bed sheets did not seem to be washed prior to our arrival. Ours sons stayed in one room with bunk beds and there was sand in all of beds. Our girls stayed in the other bunk bed room and found a set of false eyelashes in the bed. ##### Stefani G. Seven people in their 20s and 50s. Spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms being comfortable and private from common areas. Comfortable, clean, good view, nice open kitchen. Nice decor and color scheme that feels light and beachy. Make note that from the ground floor to the top floor where 3 of the bedrooms are is 35 stair steps. We did not have access to the elevator, maybe you could make arrangements for this if needed. It was nice that a beach wagon and some chairs were in the garage for our use. The beach is an easy 5 minute (one block) walk away. The pool is between the two buildings. It is not a large pool, but we always had it to ourselves. It was clean and refreshing. It is sunny in the middle of the day and shaded mid to late afternoon. A nice break from the intensity of the sun on the beach. We did use an additional folding chair in the living room for us to all sit comfortably to watch a movie. Plenty of seating (10 seats) at the table and island combined. Great location in our opinion.
