Very good facilities overall. My biggest complaint is about the lack of WiFi. I reported the problem to management, and was told to use a nearby ’free’ WiFi, trouble is, there were no free ones, they all had passwords, and the Xfinity box my unit used asks to create an account. Once you create an Xfinity account you have to pay for wifi access, per person. I have three school age kids who do most of their school work online. So I was forced to use my cellphone hotspot, which worked, but not very well (for three kids on separate laptops). Unless y’all can address this problem I don’t see a good reason for me to return when I can get good WiFi for free at other places.
