Our condo was exactly what the on-line advertisement showed.....beautiful! Balcony was amazing to watch over the ocean!!

Horrible stay for one night

Water was cut off Monday around 9pm and wasn’t cut back on until 8:00am no communication from property owners or the lake wharf very horrible experience not to have water with small kids!! That same night all the fire alarms went off due to not having water pressure around 11:30pm we had to evacuate from the 19th floor couldn’t use elevator had to use the stair way!! Called for refund for that night horrible night only and Southern Rental denied my claims because I didn’t call in the day of the claim I called in the claim after my vacation was over!
