  • Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from the second-story balcony. Pet Friendly, cozy condo has been completely renovated for your comfort. Less than 1 block away from direct beach access. Located on the West end of PCB offering family-friendly quiet beach fun! Walking distance to bars-restaurants. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place 5 minutes from activities and grocery shopping.
    Our condo is located approximately 4.5 miles from Pier Park with lots of shopping and restaurants. Within a mile there is Back Beach BBQ, Dairy Queen, Ole Beach Bar and PHO 77 - Asian/Thai food.
    Outdoor Ring cameras are active for monitoring outdoor activities only for guest safety.

Relaxing stay near the beach

We all enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and the beds were nice. The owner was very responsive and reached out before our trip to introduce himself and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Was great to be so close to the beach but not right in the middle of the loud spring breakers.

Great place to stay!

Our host was amazing! She answered all questions and requests very promptly. The property was just as described and very clean. We had no issues at all. Check in and check out process was very simple to follow. The property was only walking distance to and from the beach. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

The condo was just perfect for my family. It was about a two minute walk to the beach which made it easy to go to the condo for lunch or a quick break. We loved everything about it!!

Place was nice and clean! Furniture could use some updating but not a big deal since you’re spending a lot of time at the beach! Short walk to beachfront, but go out early to get good spots. Seems like it’s had some recent renovations. Overall, would come back!

Awesome location! Perfect for family in the less crowded area.

This was a perfect area for our family. The ease of access to the beach and within minutes of so many resturants and activities. Has outside clean off area as well. Less than a minute walk to the beach which in that area wasnt very crowded. Didnt have much contact with the host, but there was no need. Everything was as advertised and would 100% stay here again.

Everything was great, however I have rented a ton of vrbo’s so I think it’s important to note there was no hair dryer and plastic plates for kids.

Wonderful location! Very clean! Host was friendly and quick to respond. Property looked to be recently renovated. Cold AC, easy entry! We felt safe. It was pet friendly, but you wouldn’t know it! No pet odor, super clean! 10/10 recommend! If I had to say 1 con the couch, living room furniture could’ve been more comfortable, but you’re at the beach so how often are you even inside!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!
