Welcome to Crabby Lagoon, this beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom waterfront lagoon condo overlooks the Grand Lagoon. It is on the desired first floor, overlooking the pool and the community dock. Guests can unwind in the bedroom featuring a king bed, additional sleeping options include a full-size sleeper loveseat and two twin sleeper chairs sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. This updated condo features a fully equipped kitchen w/ granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Crabby Lagoon offers a community dock where guests can bring their own boats. Come let Crabby Lagoon C104 be one of your favorite vacation spots!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Treasure Cove is located on Thomas Drive right at the Grand Lagoon Bridge and across from the Pirates Cove Marina, seafood market, pontoon, jet ski, and charter boat rentals. There is a large community swimming pool available and is also walking distance to the beach and great restaurants such as Capt. Andersons and J Michaels. St Andrews State Park is a half mile away. There is a large parking area or boat storage facilities are close by. The private dock is perfect if you have your own boat, or if you plan to rent jet skis nearby. Weather permitting, these can be docked here during your stay. 2 Parking passes will be left in the unit and MUST be left in the condo on the kitchen counter when you depart, or you will be charged $50 to replace them. No wristbands are needed for your rental. No trailers or boats are allowed to park if guests staying less than 30 days.

Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive. Don't miss out on Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage Dinner Theater and Top Golf at Pier Park!  
  
From exploring the sunken ships in the area, to sailing, go-karting, deep sea fishing to checking out the local animal parks, there are a diverse variety of Panama City Beach attractions for kids of all ages, to enjoy, just minutes from Crabby Lagoon!
