My husband and I took our 17 year old daughter and her friend to PCB for spring break. We had a great time! The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs and umbrella that were included. We loved the large balcony too!

Fabulous condo, and Andrew is wonderful to deal with! He provided all the info needed upfront. No annoying check-in/check-out process. Out of all the FL beach condos I have stayed, this is the only one with ample and quick elevators. The balcony on the ocean is dreamy, and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was fantastic! I think this is the best beach condo I have stayed, and will definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for the great vacation Andrew! PS. There was a strong police presence there, and I felt very safe as a single woman.

This property was everything it promised. We loved staying here. The gulf view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was decorated beautifully and the couches and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the elevators. Sometimes we had a long wait time, but one of the three elevators was broken during our stay.

Terrific Accessible Condo on the Beach

The Condo is clean and well decorated. I have to use a wheelchair or a walker to get around and this unit was very accessible. They even have a shower head on a hose. The patio deck is large with seating for at least 8. There is a well built 4 person table and chairs. The table and 4 chairs are a little higher than normal, which is perfect for someone with accessibility issues, but not too high. Another benefit is you are positioned to see over the railing. The owner was always a quick email away if I had any question. He was very helpful. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed at. Really enjoyed our time at Ocean Villa. Easy access to get on the road. Shipwreck ltd is right across the street and Surfstyle is right down the road. We enjoyed the little restaurant across the street that had amazing breakfast and coffee.
