Designed with families in mind, this condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate bunk room, and a full size laundry room with extra capacity washer and dryer and an extra storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need - Whirlpool appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There's even a wet bar across from the kitchen. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast. The family room features a queen sleeper sofa, entertainment center, and flat screen HD Smart TV. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the comfy patio furniture and the gulf breezes.
